Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Offcon Plumbing works and how it earns money. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Offcon Plumbing Is

Offcon Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. It links homeowners with independent plumbing providers. It does not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, water heater work or any other plumbing job.

When you call the number on this site or send in a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Offcon Plumbing Earns Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Offcon Plumbing for the calls, form submissions or other referrals it sends their way. The amount can depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. Offcon Plumbing may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices that provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Offcon Plumbing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how payment works, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider you were connected with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
