How to Make a Complaint

Every homeowner who reaches Offcon Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Offcon Plumbing
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a plumber you were connected with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. What you share helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of expectations may be removed from it. Know this, though: Offcon Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@offcon.garden and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
