Reach Homeowners Who Need Help

Offcon Plumbing is a referral service. It does not hire employees to do plumbing work. Instead, it connects homeowners with independent local providers. If you run your own plumbing, drain or sewer business, joining the network can put homeowner calls in front of you from your own service area.

There is no job to apply for here. This is about a working relationship between independent businesses.

Who Fits the Network

We are looking for independent contractors in areas around Chicago and across the Chicago area who do work such as:

• Emergency plumbing and leak repair
• Sewer line repair and replacement
• Drain cleaning and emergency drain clearing
• Sump pump and basement water issues
• Blocked pipe services for older homes

Experience with older frame houses, bungalows and ranch homes is a plus. So is knowing how frost, storms and spring flooding affect local plumbing.

What Is Expected of Providers

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. Providers are expected to be calm and clear with them.

• Hold the license, registration and insurance that local rules require
• Answer homeowner calls with care and honesty
• Give a written quote before starting work
• Be upfront about availability and never promise what you cannot deliver
• Explain the problem in plain language
• Do the work yourself or through your own qualified crew

Offcon Plumbing does not set your prices or tell you how to do the job. You run your business.

How the Arrangement Works

Homeowners reach Offcon Plumbing and are connected with a provider who serves their area. Terms, including any referral fee, are shared with you before you join, so nothing comes as a surprise. You deal directly with the homeowner on scheduling, pricing and payment.
