Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Offcon Plumbing wants offcon.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Give every form field a clear label
Where We Fall Short
Parts of this site may not yet meet these standards in full. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If some part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to ask about reaching a provider, or email contact@offcon.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@offcon.garden and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As this site changes, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
